but the illness vertigo - caused by fluid imbalances, dysfunction of the vestibular system in the inner ear.

its annoying.

woke up with a sudden jerk this morning and it hit me, i felt that i was spinning in the room and hence i laid back for another 5 mins rest. and it did not help at all. ):

struggled to work while feeling giddy and nauseous and ended up taking mc at 3pm cos the medicine is not working.

sian, apparently it is recurring and FREQUENT.
