we are revamping our room when i graduate!
need the additional wardrobe area and dressing table, hence our study tables have to give way.

so here's the first floor plan i came up with.

if measurements fit, this might very well be our new room!
thought i know i drew the room much bigger so i can fit in whatever i want ):
