our first trip

just came back from a short weekend getaway to Penang with Mr Black. (:
Went there with a serious cough and slight fever, but of course it din dampen the mood. We still whacked those food like nobody's business. and man, its real solid good food and at screaming affordable price! lots of food, sightseeing, lazing around with the one and only company. (: that's enough said. ----- big thanks to The BF who din complain about those times when i coughed non-stop, when i had my cramps, when i needed water to soothe that stupid throat of mine, when i wanted to eat my Baskin Robbins ice cream even when i know it will worsen both my cough and cramps, who willingly carried that bulky bag of ours and still dont mind walking, who sweated till his entire shirt was soaking wet but still carried on with a smile. Cheers to the BF who made this holiday very much special. (: ----------- i am back and still sick. but oh welll, looking forward to healthy food and recovery with alittle weight loss after those 3 days of food eating. reluctant to step onto the weighing machine right now as i probably gained back the 1 kg i lost during FOC. Speaking of FOC, my group this year YAHTZEE is a pretty great group (: unlike the time when i was a freshie, this batch is more musically inclined rather than sports inclined. but still nonetheless, a great bunch of people to have fun with. haven't been a great GL i would say, but still really happy that this team bonded nonetheless. (: this entire FOC made me feel alittle older. Somehow I feel tired once it passes 4am Songs they played during forget me not lyrics station were completely out of my genre Having to sit in the first row for photo taking after initiation cos i am considered one of the 老教 in hall alr(like omg that is not something I thought will be associated with me!) Being one of the first few to enter comm hall for square meal Knowing that this new batch of female freshies are in the 90s. Yes the 1980s batch has ended. *hide a shriek* its okay. i am only 20. =D at least for 3 more months and more. |
