i was shitting defecating (trying to be demure here (: heh)
in the hall toilet when i saw a super huge flying cockroach on the right side of my cubicle.
To be honest, being trapped in a 1 by 2m cubicle with a flying cockroach is like being on Fear Factor to me.
Worse thing is i am not even properly dressed and if i were to run out, i have to freaking stretch my hand past that filthy creature who was constantly twitching its feelers in order to unlock the door.
But someone up there probably heard my plea.
Because the moment i stood up and backed out, it flew right straight in front of me, made a right turn and hit the toilet door and flew out from the gap below.
And there goes the screams outside.
Seriously, if I have to give a reason why i would wanna move out of hall 7,
it would not be cos the building is old and dirty.
it would not be cos the nearest canteen is can b.
it would not be cos there is no air con,
it would definitely have to be the insects.
Its because of them, I am now sitting here blogging with my toothbrush in my mouth.
Yes, I am brushing my teeth in my room to minimise time spent with the cockroach half dead on the floor and with the other 239847923562 insects still in that toilet.
And did i mention the 4239809385 mosquito bites i got for the weekend stay?
And the insects and ants crawling and flying around my room every now and then.
Though i would rather so many of them than having a single cockroach in my room.
But apart from that,
i am still putting hall 7 as first choice next year.
after all, my fyp mate is just next block and NBS is just 8 minutes leisure walk away (:
P.S. credits to my next door neighbour Yi Min and her wonderful Baygone who saved the day (:
