What a pity.

I was talking to my 16 year old cousin about the younger generation, when she told me about this incident she witnessed.

It was during school holidays, and she was walking around in a primary school compound.

She then spotted some P1s and P2s strutting like models down the runway, with their hands on their hips, walking with heads high up in the air, and pausing for a pose before spinning back down.

With the P3 and P4s standing in front of them, giving them directions and tips.

One was overheard saying, "You don't look good with that pose."
Another was busy being the narrator: "Contestant No. 1, Amanda Lim, with long beautiful black hair and a bright smile................"

And 'backstage', girls were busy dolling up their hair with clips and tying them up in fanciful styles with rubberbands.

Gosh, is it me overreacting or seriously what has the world come to?

I don't recall myself or any classmates doing that in the past.

Where were those innocent kids playing hide and seek or just playing all those scissors paper stone games?

Too much western influence, too many slutty TV shows.

I swear in the future, my kids will only be allowed to watch cartoons and educational shows.
