pleasant surprise

i was mugging halfway in the interim room in school a few hours ago,
when a random guy came up and said cheerily " Hi Wan Ling!"

for a moment i was stunned and somehow could not register who he was exactly. And it clearly showed on my face.

So he introduced himself to clear my doubts.
"I am Min Tuan."

And then it got into me who he was hahaha!
I went "ehhhHHHH! ((: HIIIII! " (super enthusiastically loud in the quiet room)
and then he ushered me out to have a small chat.

He was the guy from NTU we met the first day we reached NY! (:

And it is always so nice to be reminded of the lovely 3 months.

P.S seriously, i am surprised he can recognise me. We only met for 2 days! And I was wearing spectacles just now, in big tee and shorts, with my hair looking hideously messy and most importantly without the ugly short fringe i donned a few months back!
