James Blunt-One of the brightest stars
One day your story will be told,
One of the lucky ones, who´s made his name
One day they´ll make you glorious,
Beneath the lights of your deserved fame.
And it all comes round once in a lifetime like it always does
Everybody loves you cause you´ve taken a chance out on a dance to the moon, too soon
And they'll say told you so,
we were the ones who saw you first of all
We always knew that you were one of the brightest stars
One day they´ll tell you that you´ve changed
Though they´re the ones who seem to stop and stare
One day you´ll hope to make the grave,
before the papers choose to send you there.
And it all comes round once in a lifetime like it always does,
Nobody loves you cause you´ve taken a chance out on a dance to the moon, too soon
And they'll say told you so, we were the ones who saw you first of all,
we always knew that you were one of the brightest stars

A song a fellow project mate of mine dedicated to me.
maybe after I was complaining about the previous issue in front of him. haha
but it did make me stop and think..
will i ever be one, to anyone?
-------------------------
yest was a killer day.
and it suddenly dawned on me how much work i have to do.
My day:
Lessons kicked off at 830am,
rushed to TRY my luck at donating blood(failed attempt despite all the effort i put in trying to gain weight).
followed by 2 proj meetings,
back to hall to rush out the stuff for SOE meeting.
Running from room to room to deliver that surprise.
Delayed SOE meeting,
and then wham it was past midnight.
Did not even have time to think of dinner until my stomach started growling midway through the last meeting.
And i still have 5 quizzes, 3 semester-long reports, 1 2 wks long assignment, 2 sem-long presentations for next two weeks.
this is apart from the never-ending tutorials and all the preparation for SOE publicity(that alone takes up more time than any other things).
I guess its different being a deputy chair than just a committee member.
You want it to work more than others.
Because after all it's a new committee and you know u need to put in extra effort.
And it really sucks when it all boils down to the factor of time that caused one to be unable to put in your 100% effort.
Time spent in hall are basically purely on hall stuff or school work.
Naps are shorter that's for sure. A
And you know u are getting really tired when u can fall asleep in Jap Classes.
I actually managed to doze off a couple of times even when i was practising speech.
It is amazing how i did it ):
Weekends are now so so precious to me.
It's the only time i get a decent short break,
it's the only time i get to see him.
So please please don't snatch it away from me.
But yet, that BF215A ethic quiz got to be held on my fav saturday.
Gosh, NBS students just have no life.
haha.
