Everyone seems to be falling sick these days, so am I. School is starting in a few days' time, and yet the bug chose to hit me now. ):
And then my base is controlling my diet, because I have been snacking NON-STOP in between trainings. Blame it on the Japanese snacks my cheer friend bought for us. How can you not be tempted!! He says if I gain a few more pounds, he might not be able to take the weight. But oh well, I told him to eat more, then he will become stronger haha! But our skimpy costume was ready for fittings yest night, and i think that was the main reason why I was the ONLY girl eating that night ): Man, i need to do something about that tummy of mine!!
So I went running for the first time in more than a month with Wayne who also wants to get rid of his ultra big and flabby tummy that his gf has been nagging him about since ages. But I actually STOPPED once during that 5km run, gosh I am getting WEAK! ))):

Ham and healthy mushroom seaweed porridge is equally sinful when you are having it at 5am after training.
