if not for tt ultra sickening a**hole! she is such an idiot man. none of my colleagues who was there could stand her.
the qns " Have you finished shopping?" or "Is this ur last purchase?" is not asked for the fun of it. So stop shouting " does it mean if i did the gst refund form, i should stop shopping at all? If i see something i want to buy, i should not purchase it? Why cant u just combine it? Just cancel tt form and do another one for me. Why i can do it just now, but u cant do it for me now?" When we say we cant combine, why cant u just accept it? And helping u void once is already very nice of us and something against company's policy, and now u want me to void again for u. Ok u want me to do tt, can. Just say please, just like all the other customers and i will gladly do it for you if i can still find it in the computer software. If all the other customers can understand and accept this rule, why cant u? Even how displeased u are, u should not shout at me, especially when i was just being the translator.
as if blabbering in another language will make sense to someone who dont understand Chinese. Raising ur high pitched voice at me, having everyone at the counter witness the whole process, disgracing urself( not to say people from ur country) and holding up the queue just to get back an additional refund of 2 bucks is a loser. It is not as if we dont want to give u, but this is how the system works. It is not as if you cant get back a refund, just tt we give u a separate form only what. so why must u vent all ur frustations on us!
And when i was voiding the gst forms, she even dared to ask me " Ni3 zai4 xie2 she3 m4? (What are you writing?) ". WTH lah, do i have to explain my every single action to you. And is not it like damn freaking obvious. my senior told me " just tell her its money. we have to pay." and i happily translated it for her.
Anyway, I think my patience and tolerance has reached a new level. My non-Chinese speaking senior who was attending to her raised her voice halfway thru the 5 mins long debate and i could tell her dissatisfaction with The Customer. But i could even say "bu3 ke4 qi4( You are welcome.) " to her, just tt for the first time i did it without a smile on my face.
* pls take note tt i have totally nothing against her nationality. But somehow majority of the customers with bad attitude come from her country. *
if more pimples pop out, i am so gonna blame The Customer. luckily i am having my off day tmr. i have previously planned to go kelly's svc, but now i think i am better off sleeping at home. :)Labels: rantings, work
