just 2 hrs of cycling from tt day and i looked like a tomato. *ROAR* my whole face is damn red, and i looked so tanned. sobs. months of effort of whitening since i heard UV rays increase pace of ageing has gone down the drain! now i have to do it all over again. gosh, now it will be harder to get a job looking like this. :( nvm, i shall give myself a few more days of break.

went cycling today again. but i can still feel the fats wobbling when i walk. so off to do sit ups now.

i finally found a sports i am better at compared to someone :)
